Cinco de Mayo is a celebration of Mexican culture and heritage, and its celebrated in various ways throughout the City of Amarillo. Every Fifth of May at The Drunken Oyster, we pay tribute to this great holiday by serving up amazing Mexican food and fantastic drinks, listening to cool live music and celebrating with our close friends and family!

And our party goes all night – complete with amazing Mexican dishes, ice cold margaritas, and LIVE music from Geezers Gone Wild! (That’s right, live music Amarillo!) It’s practically an indoor Amarillo Cinco de Mayo block party! If the weather looks nice, you are welcomed to grab a seat on our patio for a cold cerveza under the stars and the best outdoor dining in Amarillo! And since Cinco de Mayo falls on a Wednesday this year, you can take advantage of The Drunken Oyster’s Reverse Happy Hour – the best Happy Hour in Amarillo from 10PM to 12PM.
